Matt Layow
Matt, who hails from Miami, Florida, enjoyed a great career as defensive end for the University of Kentucky. In addition to his
accomplishments on the field, Matt also made a name for himself off the filed. He is part of an elite list of Wildcats selected for the National Good
Works Team, which he was named to in 2000. After his football career at UK, Matt spent time as a member of the New York Giants.
